Mr. Rajapaksa has said that a man who was obviously tipsy had gotten his finger when he was strolling through the group.
"A man who was obviously tipsy, firmly got my finger...It was so excruciating, I saw stars... In my agony i got back my hand and balled my clench hand.
I have no expectation to document a police dissention and start a test. He was tipsy... Presently numerous individuals are weaving a few stories over this episode. Not just me, anybody would see stars if their finger was snatched," Mr. Rajapaksa had said.
