Earlier,the decision of the medication carrying case including Gampola Vidanage Samantha Kumara false name Wele Suda was settled for October 14 by Colombo High Court Judge Preethi Padman Surasena. Wele Suda is blamed for having 7.5 grams of heroin under lock and key.
