The Presidential Media Unit expressed that Foreign Minister Mangala Samaraweera and Minister Sagala Rathnayake have officially left to Malta to take an interest in the Commonwealth Heads of Government Foreign Ministers' Conference and the Financial Conference individually.
President Maithripala Sirisena is the present director of the Commonwealth. The President is because of hand over the position of the Chair to the Prime Minister of Malta on Friday, November 27.
