The alteration, which was tabled before parliament on Dec. 11, proposes a discipline 'with detainment of either depiction for a term which may stretch out to two years' for 'endeavors to actuate, demonstrations of viciousness or religious, racial or mutual disharmony, or sentiments of malevolence or antagonistic vibe between groups or distinctive racial or religious gatherings.'
