The Sri Lankan public must understand that this system cannot be continued. Now we have to move along based on a new philosophy.
This is a time when the world is going into a big crisis. World powers are competing to share power.
Even in this situation, Sri Lanka has been lucky. Ranil Wickremesinghe, who made the people of this country victorious and made it impossible for foreign forces to rule this country, and he was transformed into the ruler of Sri Lanka.
Ranil Wickremesinghe single-handedly accepted a challenge to alleviate the suffering of the people who were undergoing hardships, when the public was in great difficulty.
At a time when public representatives could not travel in front of the Parliament, by hiding from the public and using another small car instead of their usual vehicles, Ranil Wickremesinghe came forward to solve the problems of the country.
The issues have not yet been completely resolved. They are in the process of being resolved. It is very difficult for the public. If the public works patiently in the face of these difficulties, the public will ultimately benefit.
An empty Treasury was fearlessly accepted by a Sri Lankan citizen who was born in Sri Lanka and graduated from a Sri Lankan university, who can stand for Sri Lanka and not for the world, and has 50 years of experience. This is the first time in history that such a person has taken responsibility in this country.
